97. Power of [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 1987.] to advance loans and to hold lands.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act and in accordance with the rules made thereunder, it shall be competent for 97. Power of [Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 1987.] to advance loans and to hold lands:[Financing Bank/Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 1 1987.] to advance loans for the purposes referred to in Section 85 and to hold lands the possession of which is transferred to it under the provisions of this Chapter.
