ORAL ORDER
4 21-06-2023Although the respondents appeared, no counter affidavit is on record. However, Mr. Satyabir Bharti, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the copy of the counter affidavit and intends to file a rejoinder to the counter affidavit.
As prayed for, list this case after four weeks to enable Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17471 of 2023(4) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 him to file rejoinder.
In the meantime, therespondent will file the counter affidavit if still not filed and/or office to check and attach the same with the file, if it has been filed.
The interim protection granted to the petitioners vide order dated 05.04.2023 to continue till the next date of hearing.
In the meantime, it is expected that both the parties will sit together and check whether any positive outcome can come out of the said meeting.
