Section 3(1) in The U.P. State Electricity Board Establishments (Entry, Exit and Search) Regulations, 1974
(1)No workman shall enter or leave the premises of any establishment except by the gate or gates specified for the purpose by the competent authority from time to time according to the requirements of establishment concerned.
