Section 10(a) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(a)All Proceedings of whatever nature by or against the Board pending on the appointed date shall not abate or discontinue or otherwise in any way prejudicially be affected by reason of the transfer under this Scheme and the proceedings may be continued, prosecuted and enforced by or against the Transferee to whom the same are assigned in accordance with this Scheme and orders issued thereunder.
