Section 11 in The M.P. Award of Contributory Scholarships for Training for Commercial Pilot Licence Rules, 1993
11. Termination of Scholarships.
- The candidate shall show satisfactory progress in their training. The Scholarships may be withdrawn at any time and training of the candidates terminated for unsatisfactory progress and for such other reasons as the State Government may deem fit to assign. The orders of State Government in this behalf shall be final.
