              Heard learned counsel for the parties.

                 In this case, the petitioner has already superannuated, he

     was proceeded departmentally, ultimately, the matter came to the

     appellate authority, whereby and whereunder, the petitioner has

     been inflicted punishment of censure but, the period from

     14.5.2002

to 29.1.2013 has been treated to be working day and directed for payment of entire salary including excess money amounting Rs. 49,000/- lying with the department.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18653 of 2014 dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this order has not been carried out till date and he has not been paid the full pay for the period of suspension including Rs. 49,000/-.

If the authority has not paid the amount to the petitioner, they must ensure that the petitioner should be paid the amount in terms of the order dated 5.3.2014.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
