This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of the ld. Pr.CIT, Bhubaneswar-1, passed in ITBA/REV/F/REV5/2021- 22/1040566839(1), dated 10.03.2022 for the assessment year 2017-2018.
2. Though none appeared on behalf of the assessee today, however, a letter dated 14.04.2023 filed by the ld. AR of the assessee is placed on record enclosing a copy of the consequential assessment order passed u/s.143(3) r.w.s.263 r.w.s144B of the Act, dated 21.03.2023. In the said letter, the ld.AR has requested for withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly, the request of the ld. AR is accepted and the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
2 ITA No.66/CTK/20223. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
