Section 1 in The Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2021.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint:Provided that different dates may be appointed for different categories of clinical establishments and for different recognised systems of medicine.
