Section 13(1) in Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (Ts-Ipass) Act, 2014
(1)While prescribing time limits under section 12, the State Government may notify the clearances in respect of which failure of the competent authority to pass final orders on the application within the stipulated time shall result in deemed approval.
