Section 17(2) in Maharashtra State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 1962
(2)If the Tribunal is of the opinion that any witness should be examined it may, in lieu of examining him itself, direct the Registrar of Co-operative Societies to do so personally or through any Gazetted Officer subordinate to him.
