Section 26(1) in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely(i)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman;(ii)the Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Finance Department, ex-officio or his representative not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary, Finance department;(iii)one member of the Board of Governors, to be nominated by the Board of Governors;(iv)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board of Governors;
