The instant review petitions have been filed seeking review of the orders dated 21.03.2022, 22.03.2022, 04.04.2022, 05.04.2022, 06.04.2022 passed in WPS Nos. 1820/2022, 2413/2022, 2378/2022, 1725/2022, 2358/2022, 1824/2022, 2322/2022, 1833/2022, 1896/2022, 2373/2022, 1905/2022, 2424/2022, 2386/2022, 1888/2022, 1891/2022 respectively.

A review petition of identical nature came up before this Court yesterday i.e. 12.05.2022 in REVP No. 62/2022 (Central Board Of Trustees Employees Provident Fund Organization v. R.S. Sharma & another). The grounds raised by the petitioner seeking review are all identical in nature.

In view of the same, this Court is inclined to take the same view in the present review petitions as well. Accordingly, the present review petitions stand rejected in terms of the order passed on 12.05.2022 in REVP No. 62/2022.
