filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the
High Court may be pleased to set-aside the order dated 16-05-2025 passed in
E.P. No 23 of 2025 in O.S.No. 398 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Civil
Judge, (Junior Division), Narasaraopet.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petl'{ion and affidavit
filed herein and upon hearI-ng the arguments Of M/S. KAVITHA GOTTIPATI
Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein
to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be
admitted.
