Information sought:
The applicant has sought the following information:-
1. Provide the information about the expense for the period 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 and repairing of Naveen Market.
(A) Provide the copy of the receipt of the material purchased for the IQ of Naveen market. (B) Provide the name, designation and address of the officer to whom the material was kept with. (C) Provide the information about the basic facilities being provided in Naveen Market. (D) On whose permission care taker of Naveen market was removed also provide the copy of the said order.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has initially denied the information under Section 8(1)(h) of the RTI Act, subsequently refused the same stating that the information is not available in compiled form.

The following were present Appellant: Mr. K P Dubey through TC M: 7376518574 Respondent: Mr. H N Yadav CPIO's representative through VC M:9454721465 The appellant stated that he has just received the information and needs time to study the reply and in case any information is missing the same should be supplied by the CPIO. The CPIO's representative stated that the appellant is free to contact him for any further information and he can also inspect the relevant records and take whatever information/documents he needs.Page 1 of 2
Decision notice:
If after scrutiny of the reply the appellant needs any further information relating to his RTI application dated 21/08/2012 the CPIO should supply the same and also allow him to inspect the relevant records within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
