Section 26(1) in The United Provinces Agricultural Tenants (Acquisition of Privileges) Rules, 1949
(1)The Assistant Collector shall make arrangement for helping the tenants to fill up the application form and the upper half Of the arz-irsal in Form Z. A. F. No. 7.
