Section 16(1) in Bihar Persons with Disabilities Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation Rules, 2004
(1)At any meeting any business shall be transacted only in the order which is entered in the agenda, unless otherwise it may be determined in the meeting with the permission of the Presiding Officer.
