The matter has been mentioned for correcting some typographical mistakes.
(i) Mr. Tewari, learned advocate for the petitioners has submitted that in the 4th line of paragraph 7 the number should be 13.796 and not 14.191.
Considering this submission this correction is made as it is a typographical mistake and in the 4th line of paragraph 7 it is to be read as 13.796 and not 14.191.
(ii) Mr. Tewari has also mentioned that in paragraph 21 it has been stated that the appointment of all 36,000 candidates (more or less) who were untrained at the time of recruitment in 2016 Recruitment Process are cancelled. Mr. Tewari has submitted that this should be 32,000 (more or less) and not 36,000. Such correction is made as it is a 2 typographical mistake.
(iii) Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has submitted that in the first line of paragraph 9 the word should be 'President' and not 'Chairman' after the words aptitude test.............and also in the 10th line of paragraph 19 the word should be 'President' and not 'Chairman' after the words its former........ These typographical mistakes are corrected by order of this court and this order will be read as part of the judgement and order dated 12.05.2023.
