Counsel submits that the petitioners do fulfill all the qualifications for taking the Regional Level Guide Training and that they have passed the written examination, yet they have not been called for the training scheduled to be held from 10.08.2009.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable by three weeks. Notices be given Dasti.
In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioners in the training programme of Regional Level Guide, provided they are eligible for the same and secured required merit position with any other suitability criteria laid down. The interim order will come into effect only on service of notice on the respondents.
