3 20-07-2018This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the learned Writ Court in CWJC No.12294 of 2016.
Apart from the fact that there is some delay in filing of the appeal, we find that challenging the same order passed on 24.01.2017, more than 125 Letters Patent Appeals were decided by a common order passed on 17.04.2018 in LPA No.535 of 2017 and other cases.
Keeping in view the order passed on 17.04.2018 in LPA No.535 of 2017 and other connected appeals by a co- ordinate Bench of this Court, identical in nature, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The appeal also stands dismissed in identical terms.
