Section 25(2) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats (Usage of Electronic Voting Machines) Rules, 2001
(2)when an adjourned poll is recommended under Rule 49 of A.P. Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats (Direct Election of Chairperson) Rules, 1986, and Rule 50 of the A.P. Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 1965, the electors who have already voted at the poll so adjourned shall not be allowed to vote again.
