(1)No person shall use any letters or figures after his name or implying that he possesses any degree, diploma, licence, or certificate as a Yoga practitioner unless such degree, diploma, licence or certificate has been conferred by a recognized or affiliated institution of the Council, or is recognized by it with the approval of the State Government.
