Section 26(1) in The Haryana Maintenance of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009
(1)The State Government may be order establish a District Committee of senior citizen for each district to advise in effective and coordinated implementation of the Act at the district level and to perform such other function in relation to senior citizen at the district level as the State Government may specify.
