Section 14(a) in The Punjab Motor Spirit (Taxation of Sales) Rules, 1939
(a)Every person holding or acting under a licence granted under these rules shall produce it or an authenticated copy of it, at the place or places of business to which the licence applies, when called upon to do so by an officer duly empowered in this behalf.
