1. Apropos the observation in the order dated 16 July 2024 that the award, of which execution is sought, had not been properly stamped, Mr. Seth has drawn my attention to the fact that, though the award was originally issued on a ₹ 100/- stamp paper, subsequently, a stamp paper of ₹ 20,600/- was tendered, on the basis of amount awarded.
2. Accordingly, he submits that the award is sufficiently stamped.
3. Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel for the respondent seeks time to verify this position. He is permitted to do so before the next date of hearing.

4. It is stated that the award of which execution is being sought in this petition is subject matter of challenge in OMP (Comm) 59/2022, which is pending before a coordinate Bench of this Court and that, in the said proceedings, the entire awarded amount stands deposited by the respondent.
5. Accordingly, list this petition along with OMP (Comm) 59/2022 on 4 December 2024.
