Section 24 in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972
24. The provisions of the Order to override other provisions.
- Theprovisions hereinbefore contained in this Order, relating to the appointment of appointed retailers and the distribution of foodgrains through them and other obligations imposed on them shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any prior agreement or instrument appointing the retailers for the same purpose.
