Section 7(4) in Maharashtra State Co-operative Tribunal Regulations, 1962
(4)If the party concerned or his agent fails to remedy the defect or show cause to the satisfaction of the President, the Registrar shall with the consent of the President, fix a date for the hearing of which due notice shall be given to the party concerned or his agent.
