Section 38(1) in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Executive Council shall have, in addition to all other powers vested in it, the power to make regulations to provide for the administration and management of the affairs of the University. The regulations shall be ratified by the Board of Governors.
