Section 79 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
79. Report of incorrect scales, measures and weights.
- If, on examination under rule 75 or rule 78, any scale, measure or weight is found to be unauthorized or to be incorrect, the matter shall be reported by the Secretary of the Marketing Board to the concerned Government Officer incharge of the administration of the weights and measures for such action as is deemed necessary by him in the circumstances of the case.
