1. Heard learned counsel for parties.
2. By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the letter dated 13th June, 2019 issued by the Respondents rejecting the candidature of the Petitioner for the post of driver on the ground that he is suffering from "Presternal Keloid Chest"
as per Medical Board's review decision dated 18th March, 2019.
3. The learned counsel Mr. Shetty appearing on behalf of the Respondents submits that he requires some time to fle a sur-rejoinder explaining how this medical condition affect the duty of the Petitioner as driver- mechanical transport with respect to the Respondents.
