Section 51(1) in Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948
(1)Any person deeming himself aggrieved by any decision of the Tribunal under Sections 43 to 50, may, within three months from the date of such decision or such further time as a Judge of the High Court nominated for the purpose by the Chief Justice may in his discretion allow, appeal to a Special Tribunal consisting of two judges of the High Court nominated from time to time by the Chief Justice in that behalf.
