Heard on the question of admission.
Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within 3 days. Also heard on the question of interim relief. The petitioners have filed the present petition against the order dated 26.07.2021 passed by the Additional Collector, Indore under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
Against the aforesaid order the petitioner has already approached the DRT, Jabalpur by way of filing Securitisation Application (SA) along with a prayer for interim relief, however, the same has not been registered so far because the post of Presiding Officer is lying vacant in the DRT. Since the DRT, Jabalpur is not functioning, therefore, SA and stay application are not likely to be heard in near future, hence the petitioner has approached this Court seeking interim relief.
Till the next date of hearing, the status quo be maintained by the parties.
