Section 9(1) in The Goa Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1998
(1)The Government may on its own fix the minimum price of oil palm FFBs or may authorize the Committee or the Commissioner to do so, subject to such guidelines as it may give in that regard from time to time.
