Section 11(a) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(a)The classification and transfer of Undertakings including personnel under this Scheme, unless otherwise specified in any order made by the State Government, shall be provisional and shall be final upon the expiry of twelve months from the appointed date.
