Section 21 in The Gujarat Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1980
21. Delegation of power.
- The State Government may, by order direct that any power (except the power to make rules under section 22) exercisable by it under this Act shall be exercisable by such officers subordinate to the State Government and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order.
