1. Short Title, extent, and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats (Usage of Electronic Voting Machines) Rules, 2001.(2)These Rules shall apply to all Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats in the State.(3)These Rules shall come into force from the date of publication in Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
