Section 35(2)(a) in Bihar Persons with Disabilities Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation Rules, 2004

(a)Vacancies of the posts of a technical and scientific nature occurring in establishments in respect of which the State Government under the Act is the appropriate Government, shall be notified to such Special Employment Exchange as may be specified by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette in this behalf.
