Section 15(1) in The Minimum Wages (Central Advisory Board) Rules, 2011
(1)The proceedings of each meeting showing, inter alia, the names of the members present thereat shall be forwarded to each member of the Board, to the Central and to all State Governments where the Act is in force, as soon as possible after the meeting and, in any case, not less than seven days before the next meeting.
