Section 46(1) in Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Act, 2008
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (8), the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Act, 1972 which was repealed by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008 shall, with effect on and from the commencement of this Act cease to apply in respect of the colleges and institutions to which the provisions of this Act extend.
