JUDGMENT
It is informed that the appeals in A.S.SR.Nos.33452, 33444, 33440, 33460 and 33436 of 2013 had been settled and therefore, Page 8 of 11 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis A.S.SR.Nos.33452 of 2013, batch., these appeals in A.S.SR.Nos.33452, 33444, 33440, 33460 and 33436 of 2013 are dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected M.P.s stands closed. No costs.
2. With reference to the other appeals in A.S.SR.Nos.33448, 33456 and 33432 of 2013 along with M.P.Nos.1 to 1 of 2013 (3 MPs), it is noticed that in other matters relating to the very same acquisition proceedings, this Court by an order dated 15.02.2023, had dismissed the condone delay petitions filed by the appellants. The said order would enure to the facts of the present case as well.
3. Therefore, in the light of the order dated 15.02.2023, the aforesaid three condone delay petitions are dismissed and consequently, these appeals in A.S.SR.Nos.33448, 33456 and 33432 of 2013 stands rejected at SR stage. No costs.
