Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay the operation and further proceedings pursuant to Exts.P21
and P22 pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated

Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Special Government Pleader (Forest), at length.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader (Forest) cited the decision in State of Kerala v. New World Investment (P) Ltd. [ILR 2016 (1) Ker. 817] and Siraj v. State of Kerala [2023 (1) KLT 434].
3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks a short adjournment for further arguments.
