ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 07.1.2017 in I.A.No.1036 of 2015 in O.S.No.26 of 2002 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Puttur.
2. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 16.8.2016. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
