(2)The Conservator of Forests may, at any time, cancel any licence for a breach of any provision of the Act or these rules, whether committed by the licensee or by any of his retainers or followers; or for any interference with the work of the forest officers on the part of the licensee or of any of his retainers or followers, which in the opinion of the Conservator is unwarranted; or in t he event of fire breaking out in any forest in respect of which the licence has been granted.
