Section 7(i) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board Transfer Scheme Rules, 2008
(i)The value of the assets to be transferred to the Transferees shall be the fair value determined in any one or more of the following basis.(i)Revenue earning potential, or(ii)Depreciated replacement value, or(iii)Book value.
