[ Protection of action taken in good faith. - No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for any thing which is in good faith done or interned to be done under this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder.] [Section 56 was substituted for the original by Maharashtra 41 of 1997, Section 5.]
