Section 6(1) in Bihar Persons with Disabilities Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation Rules, 2004
(1)Each person with disability shall be entitled to receive an Identity Card to be issued by appropriate authority and in the districts such competent authority shall be the District Social Welfare Officer or the District Programme Officer.
