Section 3(1) in Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Procedure for Declaration of Centre of Excellence) Rules, 2014
(1)There shall be constituted a Committee to be called a "High Level Committee" consisting of the following members, namely:-(i)The Chairperson, to be nominated by the State Government who shall be selected from amongst the former Directors of IISCs or IIMs or NITs or HIT or TIFR or IITs or Former Vice-Chancellors or Renowned Educationists;(ii)one member, to be nominated by the State Government from amongst the Eminent Educationists; and(iii)one member, to be nominated by the State Government from amongst the Head of Industrial or reputed Business Houses.
