15. Protection of action.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the Board or any employees of the Government or the Board or the Special Officer appointed under Section 9 or any other person authorised or acting under the direction of the Government or the Board or aiding or assisting the Government or the Board or an employee of the Government or the Board, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
