DAY, THE COURT, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking his release on bail of the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120B, 182, 489A, 489C and 489D of the Indian Penal Code registered in respondent Police Station Crime No.107/2017.
2. Brief facts of prosecution case as per the complaint averments, that one Shivakumar said to be the complainant in this case, wherein he has stated that the relationship between himself and accused No.1 are strained since 4 to 5 years. The further allegations go to show that they are residing in the same lane but in different house. When the complainant saw on 21.07.2017 in his house one bag was kept by some body, wherein there is one machine to be used for printing fake currency notes. There were also some papers and he noticed which were resembling genuine notes. The further allegations :3: that the accused persons brought and kept the materials in his house. On the basis of the said complaint case came to be registered against the petitioner herein and other accused persons.
3 Heard the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.4 and also the learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner made the submission, that earlier accused No.2 & 3 and accused No.1 approached this Court seeking grant of bail, and the said petitions came to be allowed and bail was granted to accused Nos.2 & 3 and accused No.1 respectively. Learned counsel produced copy of the said order dated 04th day of September 2017 passed in Criminal Petition No.101845 of 2017 connected with Criminal Petition No.101846 of 2017. Hence, he submitted to allow the petition and to grant regular bail to accused No.4 the petitioner herein. :4:

I have perused the said order, while passing order on the bail applications of accused No.2 and 3, this Court has considered the entire merits of the case and ultimately allowed the petitions and granted bail to accused No.2 and 3. Perusing the materials, so far as the present petitioner/accused No.4 is concerned, the allegations are substantially one and the same.
6. Accordingly, petition is allowed. The petitioner/accused No.4 is ordered to be released on bail in Crime No.107/2017 registered by the respondent Police for the above said offences, subject to following conditions:
i. Petitioner has to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and furnish one surety for the like sum to the satisfactions of concerned Court.
ii. Petitioner shall not tamper with any of the prosecution witnesses directly or indirectly.
iii. Petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court regularly.
