1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.

3. Pursuant to order dtd.09.02.2026, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate produced the order passed by the National Human Rights Commission in NHRC Case No. 4221/18/27/2018 with service of copy on the learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

4. Basing on the instruction and the order so provided, it is contended that all these steps have been taken to recover the amount so paid by the Govt. in terms of the direction issued by the Commission in its order dtd.20.03.2024.

5. Learned Sr. Counsel prays for some time to obtain instruction on the same.

6. As requested, list this matter in the week commencing 27th April, 2026.

7. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
