Section 8(vi) in The Constitution of Bihar District Planning Committee and Conduct of Business Rules, 2006
(vi)The District Planning Officer will give advice and extend Co-operation, as desired, to the District Planning Committee in the matter of preparing plan subject to sub-section (6) of Section 88 of the Act.
